Overview

TechniCAL's WIRELESS system was designed with Madgetech specifically for conducting HEAT PENETRATION and TEMPERATURE DISTRIBUTION testing on retorted and pasteurized foods. The wireless system collects data on a datalogger (NO REAL TIME VIEWING OF DATA is provided). The Madgetech M12 System is a modular system of Fittings and Probes sized for a specific container, that connect to the M12 Data Logger. The Madgetech HiTemp140 logger can be used to conduct temperature distribution testing. Data can be downloaded from the loggers and imported into CALSoft software for further evaluation.
