Overview
TechniCAL's WIRED system was designed specifically for conducting HEAT PENETRATION and TEMPERATURE DISTRIBUTION testing on retorted and pasteurized foods. The wired system allows for viewing the time/temperature data in real time. ECKLUND thermocouple equipment is a modular system of thermocouples and wires. The data is stored on your computer during the test and can be further evaluated using our powerful CALSoft software.
